Created in 2003, the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI), a registered branch of the ESC, is the leading international network in its field.
Our mission is: “to promote excellence in clinical diagnosis, research, technical development, and education in cardiovascular imaging in Europe”
EACVI is a vibrant and unified group of 9000+ experts representing four imaging modalities under one entity (Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac Computed Tomography).
Disseminating and encouraging the use of the EACVI recommendations all over the world, EACVI is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence in all aspects of cardiovascular with a particular focus on:

The Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance is the recognized representative and advocate for physicians, scientists, and technologists who work in the field of cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR). Our mission is to improve cardiovascular health by advancing the field of CMR. We accomplish our mission through education, advocacy, networking, research and clinical excellence. Membership has grown to over 2,600 – which includes cardiologists, radiologists, technologists and administrators from around the world.
